This project included design of the the foundation, frame and structural insulated panel system as well as providing on going consulting on all aspects of the construction process.  I cut and erected the timber frame and with the owners help - built the first floor deck, interior stairs and prepared the wall and roof panels for installation. A nice looking project for some great clients.

This picture shows a temporary second floor installed in the nearest bay for the timber raising.  The owners liked the way this worked for their new house so we installed permanent  floor joists  and floor there the following week.
