I find cruck frame styles endlessly fascinating. I’d like to build more structures with curved timbers and sweeping lines.

Some of the most amazing timber framing I’ve ever seen.  This is the roof frame for a puppet museum in Japan. I’m not sure I could build anything this complicated, but I’d sure like to try..

One of the best modern barn frames I’ve studied recently. This was built by the Timber Framers Guild for a school in North Carolina. Need a barn ?  This would also make a very interesting house frame.
