Timber Frame Raising June 2009;
 20’ by 24’ Barn in East Middlebury, VT. Hemlock timber frame with an Olympic clear coat wood preservative.

My work included design of the structure and foundation as well as cutting and erecting the timber frame. The owners installed 2 x 8 floor joists and roof purlins from a backyard hemlock tree they cut down and milled with a portable sawmill and are finishing the building themselves.
